Safety Protective Accessories Industry knowledge

Shijiazhuang Yuanfan Labor Protection Supplies Co., Ltd. is a direct Safety Protective Accessories manufacturer with 15 years of production experience, 400 employees and an annual capacity of 600,000 pieces. Our Safety Protective Accessories range covers protective shoe covers, knee and elbow pads, and protective aprons — items that close the gaps left by primary workwear and safety footwear. These accessories are used across construction, industrial manufacturing, cleanroom environments, food processing, logistics and maintenance operations where workers need targeted protection for joints, lower legs and the torso.

Our Safety Protective Accessories Range

We manufacture three accessory subcategories, each designed for a specific body area and risk profile. The table below summarises the available types, primary applications and key material considerations.

Product Type Target Body Area Typical Applications Common Materials
Protective Shoe Covers Feet, lower leg Cleanrooms, food processing, healthcare, paint shops, light chemical handling Non-woven fabric, PE, CPE, anti-slip sole material
Protective Knee and Elbow Pads Knees, elbows Flooring installation, tiling, construction, warehousing, mechanical maintenance EVA foam, rubber, PVC shell, elastic straps
Protective Apron Torso, chest, lap Welding, chemical handling, food preparation, laboratory work, general industrial tasks PVC, leather, flame-retardant fabric, chemical-resistant coated fabric

Protective Shoe Covers

Our shoe covers are designed to keep contaminants out and maintain hygiene standards in controlled environments. They are available in disposable non-woven and reusable PE/CPE variants. Elastic openings and anti-slip soles are standard. We supply these to food processing plants, pharmaceutical cleanrooms and hospitals where footwear hygiene is critical.

Protective Knee and Elbow Pads

We manufacture knee and elbow pads with EVA foam padding and durable outer shells. The pads use adjustable elastic straps for a secure fit. They reduce impact stress during kneeling or crawling tasks. Common users include floor layers, tile setters, pipe fitters and warehouse pickers. We offer multiple thickness options and shell materials (PVC, rubber) depending on the floor condition and duration of use.

Protective Apron

Our protective aprons cover the front torso from chest to mid-thigh. They are made from PVC, leather or coated fabrics to resist liquids, sparks, grease and chemicals. Welding aprons use flame-retardant leather; chemical-handling aprons use PVC or nitrile-coated materials. All aprons feature adjustable neck straps and waist ties. We supply them to welding shops, chemical plants, laboratories and food processing lines.

Application Fit and Selection Criteria

Choosing the right accessory depends on the hazard type, exposure duration and work environment. For wet or chemical splash areas, PVC aprons and shoe covers are appropriate. For impact protection during kneeling, thicker EVA pads with hard shells are recommended. For cleanroom use, disposable non-woven shoe covers prevent particle shedding. We help match the product to your specific process conditions.

Key selection variables we consider:

  • Hazard type: mechanical impact, chemical splash, hygiene control, heat or flame
  • Exposure frequency: occasional vs. continuous kneeling or standing
  • Environment: dry, wet, oily, cleanroom, high-temperature
  • Required durability: single-use disposable vs. reusable industrial grade
  • Compliance: internal safety standards or customer-specific requirements

Quality and Production Approach

As a factory-based Safety Protective Accessories supplier, we control production from material sourcing to finished goods. Our 6700 m² facility runs standardized manufacturing lines for each accessory type. We conduct visual and dimensional checks on every batch. For aprons and pads, we test seam strength and strap durability. Our quality team follows documented procedures to ensure consistent output across large orders.

Customisation and Project Support

We offer customisation for all three accessory categories:

  • Protective Shoe Covers: custom size, colour, anti-slip pattern, logo printing
  • Knee and Elbow Pads: pad thickness, shell material, strap type, branding
  • Protective Apron: material grade, length, pocket configuration, logo embroidery or printing

We support OEM/ODM projects. Our team provides samples for approval before mass production. For export orders, we handle packaging, labelling and documentation.
